Kildoo
Pitching Coach,
Oakton H.S.
Coach Kildoo graduated from Washington and Lee High School in 1953. He
signed immediately with the Pittsburgh Pirates and played professionally
until 1961. He became Oakton H.S.'s pitching coach in 1991 joining legendary
Coach Thomas K. Hall. Now working with Coach Rowland, he was instrumental
in the outstanding pitching performances of the staff during their championship
runs.

Former Madison H.S. and GMU standout. Played minor league baseball in
'94 & '95. 5-time high school “Coach of the Year”, most
recently Washington Post All-Met Coach in 2007. In five years at Paul
VI, his teams have won 111 games, a VISAA State Title, 2 WCAC Titles and
were nationally ranked in 2005 and 2007. Paul VI's 77 wins in the last
three years are more than any team in the area. He also manages in the
Clark Griffith Collegiate League and is an Associate Scout with the Detroit

Coach
Rowland has been the head coach at Oakton H.S. since 2000. He led the
Cougars to their first State Championship in his first year with the team.
His teams also captured regional titles in 1997 (South Lakes), 2000, and
2001. Due to his teams achievements, Coach Rowland was named Coach of
the Year following the 1997, 2000, 2001, and 2003 seasons.

Wondolowski
Scout,
New York Mets.
Played at Oakton HS under legendary Coach Tom Hall. During that time he
was mentored by Asst. Coaches Don Kildoo and Scott Rowland while playing
alongside Justin Janis for the Cougars. Graduated from the George Washington
Univ. before beginning in professional baseball with the Braves. Currently
is a scout with the New York Mets.

A former UpperDeck All-American selection, Justin played his college ball
at UVA before continuing on with the Yankee Organization. He has since
returned to Northern Virginia where he has achieved continued success
as a coach of the 2002 State Champion Warhawks.

After winning All Conference Honors at Carthage College, Walter has continued
his baseball career as a pitching coach for the 2002 State Champion Warhawks.
Under his guidance, more than 30 players have gone on to play collegiate
baseball.

After starring at Oakton H.S. in baseball and football, he continued his
baseball career at York College of Pennsylvania. He was team captain and
held a career average of .333, winning All-Capital Athletic Conference
honors as a senior. He is now an Assistant Coach with Oakton and an associate
scout with the Mets.

Former Oakton HS standout on the state championship team, he went
on to have a career pitching record 24-8 as part of the CAA Champion VCU
Rams staff. He was drafted in 2004 and signed with the Colorado Rockies.
He now returns to his alma mater with a wealth of information to share.

Head Coach,
South Lakes H.S.
Coach Morris took over the South Lakes program at the start of the 2000
season. Prior to being named head coach, he was Coach Rowland's top assistant
and helped lead the Seahawks to their first Regional Championship (1997).
He is very active in the Reston Community having coached football, basketball,
and baseball with various age groups.

Before joining the Madison staff as an assistant, Morgan was pitcher at
Greenville College. During his time there, he was awarded two Christian
Collage All American honors and set the records for most strikeouts in
a career and pickoffs in a season. He begins the 2007 season as headcoach
of the Wildcats.
